Shipping policy

DELIVERY

Deliveries are free when you spend £50 and over. Postage starts at £1.99 for smaller letterbox-sized items, with tracked shipping for larger items at £3.99. Shipping costs are shown at checkout, and customers receive tracking updates throughout the order process.

We will make every effort to dispatch goods within three working days, and hope to achieve delivery to UK addresses within ten days upon receipt of your order. However, due to the current situation normal service levels have been affected, so please do allow up to 2 weeks before contacting us.

Larger orders may be delivered in a re-used or recycled box as part of Skipton Town Hall’s commitment to the environment, focusing on reducing its paper and cardboard consumption.

Part Deliveries

If you have ordered more than one item, from time to time we may have to deliver your order in separate shipments. Regardless of the number of deliveries you receive, you'll only be charged the amount that was originally quoted to you at the time you placed your order. All delivery charges will be charged to you on the first order/delivery, any dispatch of a parcel thereafter to complete your order will be free of charge.
