Refund policy
RETURNS
We hope that you are happy with your purchase, however if you are not, please return it to us in its original condition within 28 days of receipt and we will be happy to give you a refund. Please ensure your item is unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Wherever possible, please return the items in their original (or similarly robust) packaging. Please note that when returning an item, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless it is faulty. If your item is faulty please contact us before returning your goods (see below).
- Before returning an order please complete our online returns form. Simply print it off, fill it in and include it with your returned goods. If you cannot print it, please provide the same information on a sheet of paper included with your returned goods. Download the STH Shop return form
- Please mail your product to Skipton Town Hall Shop Returns, Skipton Town Hall, High Street, Skipton BD23 1AH.
- We advise you request a proof of postage receipt for your parcel so you can seek help from your delivery service if it does not reach us. If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable, insured shipping service.
Please note several types of goods are exempt from being returned unless they are faulty. These include:
- Perishable goods (such as food items/chocolate)
- Gift cards
- Earrings
- Sale items
Items can be returned in store at Skipton Town Hall Shop. Please do remember to bring proof of purchase with you.
FAULTY GOODS
We pride ourselves on stocking high quality products and all items are checked before dispatch. If you find that an item purchased from us is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible and we will rectify the situation in line with your statutory rights.
